Lorenz Intel LLC obtained an operated 40% interests in Areas 114 and 119 and a 100% interest in Area 122. The contracts were formally ratified in October 2019 and continues to assess opportunities from these licences.
In February 2023 Lorenz Intel LLC, entered into two new PSCs for Offshore Blocks EG-18 and EG-31 in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea significant opportunities for infill drilling, facilities expansion and new oil and gas production.
Asset removal and sea-bed clearance activities in Lorenz Intel LLC’s operated licences in the UK North Sea were completed in 2020. Final surveys are planned in order to close out the operated decommissioning programme.
